- a cup of sour cream
- one spoon desi ghee
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
- Half teaspoon turmeric powder

- half teaspoon red chili
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon fennel powder
- 4 tbsp curd or 1 tbsp dried mango powder

How to make Malai Mirch Sabzi
